Feb 16 - 12:31 a.m. Joseph Suddath, of Florida, was issued a verbal warning at Seward and Safeway for taillight and failure to carry registration. 12:41 a.m. A caller reported that the person was driving around with no headlights on in a gray Honda Accord with a ski rack on top and thought they may have been intoxicated. An officer responded and made contact with the driver at Seward and Sea Lion. Carmen Schultz was arrested and charged with driving under the influence, driving while license suspended and sixth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance and transported to Seward Community Jail. Schultz was issued a citation for insurance. An officer left the vehicle at Sea Lion and Dimond. 4:19 p.m. Joshanna Tuck was issued verbal warnings at Third Avenue and Port for speeding and seatbelt use.

Feb 15 - 5:36 p.m. Matthew Byars was issued a citation at Third Avenue by Sueís Teriyaki for speeding. 9 p.m. Andrew Ferkinhoff was cited at the south 72 hour parking lot for speeding and issued verbal warnings for window tint and taillight requirements.

Feb 14 - 12:33 a.m. Kyle Lackey was arrested and charged with driving under the influence on Fourth Avenue and Railway. A friend moved the vehicle. 1:25 a.m. Michael Tritz was issued a verbal warning at South Harbor and Seward Highway for headlights. 4:39 a.m. Michael Buehrle was issued a verbal warning at Benny Benson Park for driving unsafely. 11:47 a.m. Alaska State Troopers requested agency assistance for a domestic disturbance on Bear Paw Drive. An officer responded to assist. Zoey Simpson was arrested and charged with domestic violence criminal mischief and incarcerated at Seward Community Jail. 11:22 p.m. Jerry Edwards was issued verbal warnings at Third and AVTEC for illegal U-turn and headlight out.

Feb 13 - 1:38 a.m. When an officer approached a vehicle near the ARC, the driver ditched the vehicle in the snow bank and fled on foot. An officer advised the driver was Thomas Reimer Jr. who was located and arrested and charged with driving under the influence, MOCA and minor consuming of alcohol. 6:03 p.m. Dyanna Virginia Barnes was issued a verbal warning at Seward and Sea Lion for speeding.

Feb 12 - 12:22 a.m. A caller reported an intoxicated male and female were fighting in the middle of the Seward Highway near Safeway. A caller stated the two were yelling at each other while standing in the middle of the road. 8:42 a.m. Michael Moriarty was issued a citation at Seward and Bear Drive for failure to wear seatbelt. 9:04 a.m. Vanta Shafer was issued a citation at Fourth Avenue at Leirer Road for failure to wear seatbelt. 9:23 a.m. Michael Redd was issued a citation at Hemlock and Seward for failure to wear seatbelt and issued a verbal warning for failure to carry driverís license. 1:07 p.m. Lisa Rininger was issued a citation on Fourth Avenue near AVTEC for parking where prohibited. 3:53 p.m. A desk clerk from the Van Gilder Hotel requested an officer to escort a person from the premises. Officers contacted Jeremy Iyapana. After an investigation, Iyapana was arrested and charged with violation of sex offender registration.

Feb 11 - 2:04 a.m. James Guddoba was issued a citation at Third Avenue for failure to stop at stop sign.

Feb 10 - 4:37 p.m. A caller contacted dispatch to report his vehicle had been backed into at the harbormasterís office by another vehicle owned by Jesse Atherton. An officer responded to the location. Atherton was cited for failure to exercise due caution while backing and issued a verbal warning for failure to carry registration and proof of insurance. 5:58 p.m. Sally Grundman was issued a verbal warning on Fourth Avenue at Bayside for headlight requirement. 7:55 p.m. Mary Tougas was issued a verbal warning at Third Avenue in front of Napa for failure to stop at stop sign. 9:24 p.m. Eli Baker was cited on the Seward Highway at Chevron for failure to register vehicle and issued verbal warnings for failure to carry proof of insurance and taillight out.

Feb 9 - 2:52 a.m. A caller requested an ambulance at Nash Road for an assault victim. Troopers, fire department and an ambulance were dispatched. Troopers requested officer assistance. Adam Lupie was charged with third-degree assault. 6:44 a.m. Jimmy Gardner was issued a verbal warning at Fourth and Ballaine for headlight requirements.

Feb 9 - 6:20 p.m. Aidan Brynn Richardson was issued a summons for fourth-degree criminal mischief and cited for discharging a firearm in the city limits.

Feb 8 - 1:32 a.m. James Taylor was issued a verbal warning at Seward and Nash for white light to rear. 3:48 p.m. Rose Shumway was issued a summons for second-degree criminal trespass. 3:51 p.m. Kenan Napoleon was issued a summons for second-degree criminal trespass. 5:42 p.m. Tracey Chaney was cited in the parking lot across from Holiday Inn for failure to register vehicle.
